The petroleum jelly manufacturing plant is suitable for the preparation of petroleum jelly products, gels and similar other products. The plant is most suitable as per the clean in place requirements of the FMCG industry. It is available in one, two or three vessel configurations. The vessels are jacketed for cooling/heating operations. It is provided with option of open top or closed top. Vacuum rated vessels with product transfer by vacuum. It is with a vacuum rated mechanical seal provided for closing system.
The vessels are compliant with the CGMP requirements. The plant is available from 50 Ltrs to 5000Ltrs. Also provide complete plant with container filing, labelling and cooling tunnel options.
